Hentges is currently seeking a motivated individual to fill our Accounting and Office Clerk position for Rock and Trucking.

Role and Responsibilities

Daily maintenance of Excel spreadsheets Data entry, review, and processing Assist in the processing of accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist in the back up role to the front desk administrator Provide a wide assortment of assistance as demanded by the circumstances Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required Must have technological aptitude Preference for Accounting Education Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel
