The return and exchange conditions of the services purchased over www.consubcon.com are subject to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronic sales contract with the final owner of the product.
Return Policy
1. The performance of the service has not started

Non-refundable services

Refunds are not possible and cannot be claimed for gift certificates and any discount application whatsoever. Bank commissions deducted in credit card transactions and points used over credit card programs cannot be returned. Applications related to credit cards may differ according to banks and financial institutions.
Procedure to be applied in transactions made in foreign currency
