The job role is responsible to provide system support to Delivery operations and to prepare reports for the management and showrooms, furthermore, prepares payments related documents Petty Cash, POD Proceeds collection.
Computer & Software Knowledge – Basic hardware & applications knowledge used by the business
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting & Reporting - Determining causes of operating errors & problems and identifying their solutions. If solution beyond their control, reporting it to the concerned dept / person.
Bilingual – Should be able to read and write English and Arabic to understand and answer mails from showrooms and to take necessary action on them.
