Job Description

1. Job Purpose

الهدف من الوظيفة

to support the Property’s to maintain the assigned properties. Responsible for the smooth operation of all electrical, in order to achieve high quality service for the building and tenants. To ensure sub-contractors and specialist contractors carry out the planned and reactive works within assigned building.

1. Ensure the physical condition of the property according to Al-Tijaria.
2. Respond to all kinds of emergencies at properties under the site supervisor’s responsibility
3. Handle emergency and regular repairs.
4. Co-ordinate Electrical maintenance.
5. Review and assign service requests.
6. Inspect preventative maintenance schedules and quality of work performed is effective.
7. Facilitate quotes for reactive repair works.
8. Personally inspect property on a regular basis to ensure all the works are being done properly, safely, and in a timely manner.
9. Ensure reactive work requests are actioned via the helpdesk and works closed down when works are completed.
10. Ensure fire safety equipment is operational.

1. Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs to appliances including refrigerators and washing machines where applicable.

1. Ensure in-house technician carry out their work as instructed and monitor their work and performance.
2. Ensure all works is carried out in a safe manner.
3. Ensure plant rooms are maintained and secure
4. Ability for Supporting with multi tasks

1. العمل على ضمان سلامة المبانى وفقاً لمعايير الأمن والسلامة المتبعه داخل الشركة التجارية الاستجابة لكافة حالات الطوارىء داخل العقارات والتواجد الفعلى بالمواقع.
2. تنسيق وترتيب عمليات الصيانة الطارئة وكذلك عمليات الصيانة الدورية لعقارات الشركة.
3. تنسيق عمليات الصيانة الكهربائية
4. مراجعه وتوزيع أوامر العمل
5. التأكد من القيام بعمليات الصيانة الوقائية بشكل صحيح وفعال.
6. متابعه عروض الأسعار الخاصة بأعمال الصيانه المطلوبه.
7. يقوم بفحص مبنانى العقارات بنفسة للتأكد من القيام بالإصلاحات اللازمة بشكل صحيح وآمن وفى الوقت المحدد.
8. متابعه تسجيل الأعمال الموقعية المطلوبه على نظام ال helpdesk وإغلاقها بعد الانتهاء من الأعمال.
9. التأكد من تشغيل معدات الأمن والسلامة بالمبانى دون أى فشل
10. تنسيق ومتابعه صيانة الأجهزة الكهربائية الموجودة بداخل كل عقار من الأجهزة حيثما وجدت
11. متابعه أداء الفنيين التابعين لإدارة المرافق للقيام بالأعمال المطلوبه حسب التعليمات المعطاه لهم وتقييم أدائهم
12. التأكد من القيام بجميع الأعمال بطريقه آمنه
13. الحفاظ على سلامة غرف المعدات الميكانيكية والكهربائية وصيانتها باستمرار
