Assisting HR Team with HR activities related to onboarding/offboarding, new employees’ probations, awarding prizes, preparation for occasions, as well as personnel documents requests.
Evaluating training and development needs.
Providing Training Solutions.
Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
Announcing to concerned departments the available training courses that matching their requirements.
Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
To follow up with QHSE department for the QMS session and safety orientation of the new hires.
Maintains records of training and development activities, forms, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
Monitoring the attendance rate of MHI e-Learning program and report that to the Supervisor.
Performs other related duties as required.
Supporting the Supervisor in the Appraisal report
