Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the design team and team leads for overall marketing support.
• Work with the Team Lead and graphic designers for any project support
• Advanced/Expert knowledge in video and animation editing, storyboarding and production, in layouting for print and digital platforms, and in PowerPoint presentations.
• Lead and work with the team for various and complex projects supporting collaterals for social and digital media.
• Handle/Lead client project briefing with our client and stakeholders and translate design brief and content.
• Lead visual conceptualization for project brief.
• Delegation of task for the team
• Build trusted relationships with internal customers to ensure appropriate quality and service.
• Deliver solutions, advice, expertise related to field of specialist expertise (communications, media, graphic design, web, data etc.) referred from other functions of the business or immediate team, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal clients.
• Lead business projects to improve service delivery.
• Identify and comply with the main principles, including legal and regulatory controls, relevant to Arcadis policies that govern work practices.
• Learn new design-related tools accessible to the team.
• Identify problems with service delivery, taking corrective action to address routine issues and escalating more complex problems or non- compliances to senior colleagues to ensure timely and correct resolution.

Qualifications, skills & experience:

Requirements:

A graduate of Bachelor’s degree on Graphic Design/Multimedia course or any related course.

Job Related Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.

Specific knowledge:

• Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects
• Excellent understanding of graphic design.
• Experience in art direction and creative conceptualization
• Solid understanding of the Arcadis branding and its implementation
• Proficient editing skills for video and animation
• Proficient and specialized skills in the following tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects, Acrobat, Audition, Animate. PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Working knowledge with design brief translations
