Hentges is currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated individual to fill our Equipment, Fuel/Lube - Field Driver position.As an Equipment Fuel/Lube Field Driver, you will be responsible for delivering fuel and performing routine maintenance and lubrication on various types of heavy equipment and machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will work in the field, traveling to customer job sites to ensure equipment is fueled and properly maintained to maximize uptime and productivity. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Travel to S.M. Hentges job sites to deliver fuel and perform routine maintenance and lubrication on heavy equipment and machinery Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and labor hours Work with customers and other team members to identify and resolve equipment issues Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment and notify management when supplies are running low Stay up-to-date with changes and advancements in heavy equipment technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or improvements as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow all safety protocols and proceduresApplicants must have a current CDL (A) with tanker & HAZMAT endorsement to be considered for this role.Knowledge driving vehicles with manual transmission is preferred.S.M.
