Developing detailed financial models including projections, valuation, and investment return
analyses.
Preparing presentations for the investment committee related to transactions/ investment
opportunities.
Supporting the investment department in outsourcing external financial advisors, legal advisors,
and any other advisors required for M&A, JV, and PPP transactions.
Performing business/commercial, financial, and accounting due diligence in collaboration with
third parties (if required).
Supporting the investment department in managing the work streams outsourced to external
advisors.
Supporting the investment department in collaboration with external advisors in preparing bids for PPP projects.
3+ years of experience working as an Investment Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, Financial
Analyst, Investment Banker, or Financial Advisor.
Excellent financial modeling skills and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Strong analytical experience and presentation skills with a unique attention to detail.
Quantitative and qualitative analytical experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or equivalent knowledge/
experience.
Preferably CFA Charterholder or have passed CFA level 2 exam.
