HR Data Management Coordinator

We have a Data Management Coordinator opportunity available within our HR Data Management team. The successful candidate will be required to manage their own workload and be proactive and competent in updating/analyzing HR records in various HR and Financial systems across the company and supporting data quality initiatives while ensuring the integrity of our HR data. This role will support the maintenance of our data records across various countries, including India, UK, North America and will partner close with other HR partners in those locations.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining employees’ HR master data to ensure accurate data is entered and verified in Oracle/ADP/E1/various collaboration platforms or any other employee information or finance systems following quality standards and internal process workflows

• Process routine and complex employee transactional changes, employee profile changes or other data updates within the systems ensuring appropriate turnaround time as per defined team Service Level Agreements

• Ensure appropriate paperwork associated with the transaction change is complete with appropriate approvals prior to entering data in the system and files the appropriate documents in the respective online folders

• Identify, troubleshoot and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods and collaboration with team members, IT or Payroll to make necessary corrections

• Perform/lead specified HR data projects as assigned

• May support analysis of data by filtering, sorting, and reconciling data reports and results, as assigned

• May participate in various acquisition/integration activities and data loads

Development opportunities

• Help to support and provide input to the development, maintenance and standardization of Data Management processes and documentation

• Provide basic peer support for colleagues with less experience

• Learn new Employee Data Management tools / systems for all the regions and develop cross processes expertise

• Develop approach from volume to value and knowledge sharing

Compliance responsibilities

• Follow data quality framework and ensure accuracy of data in employee information and financial system are in line with internal processes and SOX compliance

• Data Audit – perform validation activities to review work of colleagues/data loads for accuracy in entry and processes followed

• Update workload trackers on daily basis to help assess and manage workload within the Data Management team

• Conceptual understanding of Data analytics and auditing principles

• Knowledge of software applications necessary to process documents, employee data information and analytics tools (Word, Excel, Oracle / HRIS system (Oracle is preferred), Mail Systems, and Internet). Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel experience is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in commerce, Arts, HR or equivalent experience with HR course work is preferred.

• Proven 3-5 years working experience in HR shared services environment including master data management activity/ HRIS / HRMS administration / Employee self-services/manager services ticketing tool/portal.

• Experience of working in a global organization having peers/colleagues spread across the globe and being part of a larger “Human Resources” department will be very valuable.

• Basic/working knowledge of HR laws, employee information systems, regulations, programs, best practices, and philosophies
