  • Maintaining The Annual Training Report.
  • Assisting HR Team with HR activities related to onboarding/offboarding, new employees’ probations, awarding prizes, preparation for occasions, as well as personnel documents requests.
  • Evaluating training and development needs.
  • Providing Training Solutions.
  • Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
  • Announcing to concerned departments the available training courses that matching their requirements.
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
  • To follow up with QHSE department for the QMS session and safety orientation of the new hires.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, forms, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
  • Monitoring the attendance rate of MHI e-Learning program and report that to the Supervisor.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Supporting the Supervisor in the Appraisal report
  • Supporting the team in arranging the occasions
  • Arranging snacks for in-house trainings
