2. QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years, preferred in GCC region.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or
Petrochemical projects.
Must have experience as IM/SP tools Specialist/Manager on at least one (1) major EPC project with Contractors/Consultants.
3. JOB PURPOSE:
Shall be in possession of full knowledge about Smart Plant (SP) Tools (S3D V13, SPID V10, SPI V13.1 & SPEL V10 & its latest versions) and shall be able work on SP Tool databases as user/administrator.
Guides the Contractor team and relevant discipline engineers of Contractor/ Consultant providing expertise and input on application of COMPANY and industry standards in the design and development during Project phases in a manner that achieves Project design requirements within
the cost and schedule targets set by COMPANY.
