Position Description: The KBR Ministerial Support Program Manager will report directly to the Ministerial Support Program General Manager. The successful candidate will oversee and approve task planning on several large projects supporting multiple Saudi Arabian governmental ministries; they will approve resource requirements and project effort estimates; establish direction for functional team and direct reports across these projects to balance program and project priorities.

The Program Manager is responsible for project data integration and tracking of financials, quality levels, and implementation of corrective actions based on variance and critical path analysis for KBR’s Ministerial programs; balances customer expectations with internal business goals; participates in business planning efforts and approves results. Responsible for Program Management financial success while meeting customer needs per agreed commitments across all Ministerial projects on what should be a $1 to $6 Billion program.

The successful candidate must have the ability to lead large functional teams through execution steps of a process roadmap and understand project implications associated with process integration. They should be an expert in estimation methods, critical path analysis, earned value techniques and be able to integrate process and quality dimensions into the balance of resources, time and functionality to meet customer needs. An understanding of all aspects of business operations and associated cost are required. In addition, the PM typically leads activities involved in the development of the fiscal AOP and STRAP for multiple sites/teams associated with the product line, along with the business unit controller.

This position will be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All programs and projects will directly support the governmental ministries and military industrial companies in the Kingdom.

Required:

  • BS / BA Engineering, Sciences, or Other Related Program Field and at least 12 years of directly related experience.
  • Advanced Degrees (M.S. / MBA) preferred. Extensive Program Management Experience and increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Preferred cross-functional and business experiences. In lieu of formal education, 20 years of directly related experience. Specific contract requirement will prevail.

Desirable:

  • Current PMP certification.
  • Previous experience managing a large single or multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity program.
  • Previous experience supporting a program or project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
