·Lead/coordinate or otherwise validate technical bid evaluations for the nominated transportation and installation (T&I) Subcontractor for Subsea pipelines and subsea cable.
·Lead/coordinate or otherwise validate technical bid evaluations for SBM (Single Buoy Mooring).
·Follow-up all offshore installation activities with nominated subcontractors including, offshore preparations, offshore campaigns, took-up, testing and commissioning activity.
·Supervise a team of engineers and designers in carrying out detailed engineering work for offshore scope (Subsea pipeline/ cable and SBM) and provide necessary technical information for procurement in compliance with tender specifications.
·Steer post award kick off meeting with client and nominated subcontractors, expedite, monitor and review deliverables in line with contractual requirements, execution schedule, Subcontract terms & conditions.
·Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC / HSE policies, performance standards and specifications to ensure the project deliverables meet client’s requirements.
·Perform overall quality control of the assigned work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
·Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support.
