To maintain all project related documentation and provide administrative support/services to project manager and project team.
· Develop document inventories and maintain indexes for classification systems.
· Fully responsible for maintaining documents / letters / email on electronic storage including dispatach / upload / download & distribution.
· Ensure compliance with the project’s electronic filing / documentation system.
· Responsible for keeping comprehensive records of all documents being issued and received, including revision status, commented status open/closed status.
· Attaching and issuing documents under transmittals
· Action internal / external correspondence and archive as required
· Prepare schedules, record activities and create follow-up / action lists and remind / execute as appropriate.
· Maintain “Strictly Confidential” files.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders for normal functioning of the department.
