Stantec is seeking a talented and motivated intern who has just graduated. The intern will work as part of the Middle East pursuits team. This will be a supporting role to our pursuit specialists in developing responses to client request for proposals by performing administrative tasks and specific assignments related to collating and editing content for proposals.
Outcomes expected:
By working in a supporting / administrative role within the pursuits team the intern will gain an exposure to and understanding of the aspects of, and procedures followed in a large architecture and engineering company to submit compliant, responsive and competitive proposals to win work. These aspects include administration and organization, corporate governance, risk management, stakeholder and project management, technical aspects, commercial aspects, and marketing/sales aspects. The intern will gain access to use corporate tools and systems, gain an understanding of corporate branding and messaging.
Key responsibilities:
As part of this role, the intern will be tasked with progressing elements of ongoing projects to build repositories of boiler plate proposal content related to people, projects and processes.
