Quality Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and programs to achieve quality goals and defined standards.
• Review and evaluate processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and local/international regulations.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials to verify their compliance with specifications and standards.
• Analyze data and reports related to product and process quality and suggest improvements.
• Develop and update quality procedures and work instructions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor adherence to safety and occupational health requirements in all aspects of work.
• Provide guidance and training to teams and employees to enhance awareness of quality importance.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to address their inquiries and quality requirements.
• Prepare regular reports to management on product and process quality performance.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles and tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, ISO.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for informed decision-making.
• Ability to identify issues and provide effective improvement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Familiarity with software tools used in quality assurance.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
