Job Description

  1. Job Purpose

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling management inquiries, sorting and distributing mails.

Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators

  1. Helps out each client who approaches the front desk with a query and seeks appropriate solutions and answers to all issues prior to escalating to superiors

يساعد كل عميل يتعامل مع مكتب الاستقبال باستعلام ويسعى إلى حلول وإجابات مناسبة لجميع المشكلات قبل تصعيدها إلى الرؤساء

  1. Provide clerical and administrative support within reception department Updates guest appointments with manager and schedules accurate meeting dates and times, update property management and facility management system data entry as per instruction.

تقديم الدعم الكتابي والإداري داخل قسم الاستقبال تحديث مواعيد الضيوف مع المدير والجداول الزمنية للاجتماعات الدقيقة والمواعيد ، وتحديث إدارة الممتلكات وإدخال بيانات نظام إدارة المرافق وفقًا للتعليمات

  1. Being conscious of any occurrence taking place at the complex and reporting any security related matters to the Supervisor

  1. The receptionist will be approachable and a good listener offering our client best and efficient customer service with a smile at all times.

  1. The receptionist will offer prompt attention to all residents and guests entering the premises while maintaining composure at all times.

  1. She/ He will be the clients’ first point of contact each day and shall ensure that customers’ issues are adequately addressed through communication with the concerned /relevant departments.

  1. Throughout client’s stay at the Complex the Receptionist shall make all efforts to improve and ensure best client experience while alluring new clients and ensure future retention of outgoing/ past customers

طوال فترة إقامة العميل في المجمع ، يجب على موظف الاستقبال بذل كل الجهود لتحسين وضمان أفضل تجربة للعميل مع جذب عملاء جدد وضمان الاحتفاظ المستقبلي بالعملاء السابقين / السابقين
