The Senior Architectural Engineer is responsible for the design and development of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, as well as experience in managing and leading projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 15-year experience with BS degree in Architectural engineering from a well-known university.
2. PMP professional certification.
3. 3-year experience in Operation and Maintenance Projects.
4. Experience in Architectural Design Development and Quality Control in Architectural Works, and BIM.
5. Experience in interior and exterior design works.
6. Ability to use a program/software related to Operation and Maintenance Projects.
7. Speaking and writing in the English language is required.
8. Saudi Nationals or Foreigners, if foreigner you must have a transferable iqama.
