The Shift Manager role is part of a critical position responsible for making accurate and timely decisions on matters affecting plant processes and performance and consulting with the Operations Manager when necessary.
The role will require a detailed understanding of the Company safety rules and compliance to commercial agreements such as the PWPA and O&M agreements, combined with practical experience of the technologies associated to operating a modern Combined Cycle Gas Turbine plant, Desalination plant and a wide range of auxiliary equipment.
