III, NATURE AND SCOPE
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise construction project (mainly Building Project in an operating Plant) from design stage to construction completion. The incumbent will lead and oversee Project Life
Cycle Process of Projects from design to completion of the project and ensure they are completed in a timely and
efficient manner.
A Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The goal will be to ensure projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results mainly, but not limited to:
Lead the Project Life Cycle of the Company (JIGPC) Admin Building from Conceptual development to Project Closeout.
Coordinate and manage all the approvals from regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders
Develop the Program Scope, formulate and follow the tender management plan, select the best
sub-contractor, manage, and execute the Program.
Commission, Functional Check and successful Project Closeout to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders.
Responsible for following up on instructions and
commitments associated with the project.
Need to participate in meetings with Jazan Economic
City, Saudi Aramco Management, HCIS and
Regulatory authorities to get permission and
approvals of design.
Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan,
Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality
Control Plan, and other documents as required, in
line with Company Requirements.
Establishes the program requirements for all areas of
the project, monitors and coordinate the approvals of
final deliverables with key stakeholders.
Works with the key project individual to devise and
execute actions plans to rectify potential cost
overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant
changes to the scope of work. Advises the company
management of any such changes. The Project
Manager is specifically responsible for maintaining
current and timely change orders.
Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the
project through application of Quality Assurance
processes.
Monitors and reports to management on the progress
of all project activity within the program, including
significant milestones, and any conditions, which
would affect project cost or schedule.
Establishes weekly meeting to review project status
and formulate action items.
