Under the supervision of the IT Solution Architect monitors facility preventive and corrective maintenance and repair work orders. This position plays a critical role in oversight of Work Order Management across LCV Task Orders to facilitate the effective and efficient completion Facility Operations and Maintenance (O&M) effective, and in alignment with the LOGCAP V Program contract requirements.

  • Tracks, monitors and controls Work Order compliance across LCV task orders to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Works closely with the Public Works O&M Directors to ensure the work order process is followed.
  • Provides regular and accurate reporting for Work Order/Service Desk key performance indicators for all LCV task orders.
  • Responsible for overseeing work reception functions:
  • Major functions managed include Work Order Reception
  • Service Order Reception and Preventative Maintenance (PM) Desk.
  • Analyses Maximo data and makes recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensures actions are executed to standard and in accordance with established completion timelines
  • Facilitate Maximo implementations, assist in module testing where required, and provide program post implementation support. Be prepared to travel to assist program start-ups and post implementation support
  • Establishes processes and procedures for standardizing data entry and ensures they are followed and/or modified as necessary.
  • Support PMO or Task Order efforts for continual improvement of the Work Control, Asset, supply and Procurement Management environment.
  • Assist in providing WCM training as required.
  • Garners feedback from Task Orders to ensure PM work is level loaded.
  • Generates and provides reports to supervisors for use in managing workload and ensuring work is completed and closed out.
  • As field conditions change, information is passed to the client so contract modifications can be initiated.
  • Assist Task Orders in analyzing Asset Management, Inventory, materials, Job Plans and PM schedules
  • Assist in maintaining the Master PM job plan library, reviewing program job plans to ensure they are aligned with WCM standards

  • Actively participates in invoicing/billing reconciliation for work orders.
  • Receives, reviews, approves, and submits timecards and PTO requests.
  • Completes time sheets daily and accurately.
  • Work also involves other duties as assigned, including compliance with the provisions of the Employee Handbook.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure technical documentation is properly reviewed and maintained and made available in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining detailed records of validity tests and upgrades performed.
  • Responsible for care, maintenance, and safeguarding of Government equipment, tools, property, and materials.
  • Create, track and update trouble tickets as necessary.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required
