Job Purpose Statement
Carries out sales activities, by welcoming customers and providing them with information regarding specifications and pricing of vehicles and answering queries. Maintains relationships with existing and prospective buyers within trading guidelines established by the Sales Management.
Job Description
1. Handling walk-ins, assigned opportunities & prospecting calls in-line with the defined sales process (meet & greet, qualification, presentation, test-drive, negotiation, delivery etc..)2. Make professional client presentations that promote price-value advantage. 3. Provide quotations and follow up with customers after presentations. Daily follow-up on open opportunities, prospect calls & upcoming deliveries4. Keep a record of customer information for customer call reports. 5. Prepare proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specifications. 6. Answer customer inquiries with regard to product specifications, pricing, and payment methods. 7. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and follow through to facilitate timely payment of receivables.8. Submit accurate sales forecasts for superiors.9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.10. Complete Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor within the assigned deadline
