Job Description
• Scanning the market for new projects.• Searching for new customers & travelling to visit potential customers.• Development of new market for our products and establishing business relation with new customers.• Arranging technical data/catalogue and physical sample required for submittal to clients.• Carrying out site survey with engineering staff.• Negotiating and finalizing prices and supply contracts with clients.• Making follow up reports, lost sale reports and collecting payment.• Achieve sales targets within defined industrial sectors and extend range of products and services offering to end-customers.• Understand specific customer’s engineering and maintenance team’s needs, and support development of new systems/solutions• Collaborate with Sales Manager to continuously improve sector/customer-based on sales strategy.• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.• Recording and maintaining customer contact data.• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.• Making technical presentations, demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.• Persuading customers that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.• Helping in the design of custom-made products• Assisting in the negotiation tender and contract terms.• Assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
